It allows you to savor each bite like it's a gourmet meal prepared by a five-star chef, even if it's just a peanut butter sandwich. Plus, when you're relaxed, the food actually tastes better, and you can avoid the awkward moment of accidentally wearing your meal instead of enjoying it!
